Legal Practice Board Amendment Rules 2001

Made under section 6 by The Legal Practice Board.

1.            Citation

These rules may be cited as the Legal Practice Board
Amendment Rules 2001.

2.            Rule 107 amended

Rule 107 of the Legal Practice Board Rules 19499s amended by deleting "deemed to be related to the employer by virtue of section 7(5) of the Companies (Western Australia) Code" and inserting instead —

a related body corporate within the meaning of the

Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth
