LEGAL PRACTICE BOARD AMENDMENT RULES 1995

Made by The Legal practice Board under section 6.

Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Legal Practice Board Amendment Rules

1995.

Rule 60 amended

2.  Rule 60 of the Legal Practice Board Rules 1949* is amended —

(a) in subrule (1), by deleting "$300" and substituting the following —
"	$400	";and

(b) in subrule (2), by deleting "$150" and substituting the following —

$200 •
