I, PETER DREW DURACK, the Attorney-General of the Common­ wealth of Australia, hereby make the following Regulations under the Legal Aid Ordinance 1977.

LEGAL AID (STATUTORY OFFICERS) REGULATIONS

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid (Statutory

Officers) Regulations.
2. The allowances that are payable to a statutory officer of the Commission under sub-section 57 (2) of the Legal Aid Ordinance 1977 are the allowances from time to time payable to an officer included in the Second Division of the Australian Public Service.
