1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Leeton Local Environmental Plan No 50.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 106 Kurrajong Avenue, Leeton, being Lot 3, Section 12, DP 758606, as shown cross hatched and lettered “3 (b)” on the map marked “Leeton Local Environmental Plan No 50” deposited in the office of Leeton Shire Council.

4      Amendment of Leeton Local Environmental Plan No 4
