1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Leeton Local Environmental Plan No 48.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 2–7, 12, 13 and 19, Section 55, DP 758606, Lots 1 and 2, DP 508401, Lot 897, DP 728314 and part of Maiden Avenue, in the vicinity of Yanco, Acacia and Maiden Avenues and Gidgee Street, Leeton, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “3 (b)” on the map marked “Leeton Local Environmental Plan No 48” deposited in the office of Leeton Shire Council.
