AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Leases (Special Purposes)

Ordinance 1925-1932.

BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Com-Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the monwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Govern-
ment (Administration) Act 1910-1933, as follows:—

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Leases (Special Short title and

Purposes) Ordinance 1936.

(2.) The Leases (Special Purposes) Ordinance 1925-1932 is

in this Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Leases (Special Purposes) Ordinance 1925-1936.

2. Section five A of the Principal Ordinance is amended— Re-appraise-

(o) by omitting from sub-section (1.) the word " tenth " onanS.

and inserting in its stead the word " twentieth";

and

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2.) the word " t e n " and

inserting in its stead the word " twenty ".
