Leases (Commercial and Retail) Act 2001

1. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Leases (Commercial and Retail) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day after their notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   These regulations amend the Leases (Commercial and Retail) Regulations 2002.

4. Regulation 4 (h)

   substitute

   (h)a lease of any part of block 4 section 69 division of Lyneham, if the lease is for—

   (i)premises that are used for horse stables; and

   (ii)a term of at least 20 years.
