AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Leases Ordinance 1918-1925.

Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Seat of Govern-BE it ordained by the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive

ment Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Government (Administra-

tion) Act 1910, as follows :—

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Leases Ordinance short title

(2.) The Leases Ordinance 1918-1925, as amended by this Ordi-

nance, may be cited as the Leases Ordinance 1918-1926.

inserting in paragraph (g) of sub-section (1.), after the words " non-leases- 2. Section fiv* of the Leases Ordinance 1918-1925 is amended by period of

fulfilment of" the words " covenants or ".

Dated the third day of November, One thousand nine hundred and

twenty-six.
