Laying Chicken Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, having taken into consideration the relevant recommendation made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the Australian Council of Egg Producers, make the following Regulations under the Laying Chicken Levy Act 1988.

1. Commencement

1.1  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1992.

2. Amendment

2.1  The Laying Chicken Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 3 (Prescribed amounts)

3.1   Subregulation 3 (1):

Omit “5.75”, substitute “6.90”.
