To amend the Lay-by Sales Agreements Ordinance 1963-1966.

Government (Administration) Act 1910-1972.

LAY-BY SALES AGREEMENTS ORDINANCE 1972

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Lay-by Sales Agree­

ments Ordinance 1972.*

(2.) The Lay-by Sales Agreements Ordinance 1963-1966,f as

amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Lay-by Sales Agree­

ments Ordinance 1963-1972.

2 . Section 11 of the Lay-by Sales Agreements Ordinance 1963-

1966 is amended by omitting from sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of sub-section (3.) the word " se l l e r " and inserting in its stead the word " buyer ".
