Law Enforcement and National Security (Assumed Identities) Amendment (Corrective Services) Act 1999 (NSW)

An Act to amend the Law Enforcement and National Security (Assumed Identities) Act 1998 to provide for the application of that Act to the Department of Corrective Services.

This Act is the Law Enforcement and National Security (Assumed Identities) Amendment (Corrective Services) Act 1999.

2Commencement

This Act commences on the date of assent.

The Law Enforcement and National Security (Assumed Identities) Act 1998 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
