This regulation may be cited as the Law Courts and State Buildings Protective Security (Mirage Port Douglas Resort) Regulation 1996 . ˙ Declared building 2. The following buildings are buildings under the Act until the end of 23 November 1996— (a) Country Club, located on lot 132 on plan SR 860, county of Solander, parish of Salisbury; (b) Pandanus Way South Villas, consisting of the following— (i) lots 1–6 on building units plan 70913, county of Solander, parish of Salisbury; (ii) associated common property under the building units plan; (c) Pandanus Way East Villas, consisting of the following— (i) lots 1–22 on building units plan 70726, county of Solander, parish of Salisbury; (ii) associated common property under the building units plan. ˙ Expiry 3.
