This regulation may be cited as the Law Courts and State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Law Courts and State Buildings Protective Security Regulation 1984 . ˙ Replacement of ss 1–3 3. Sections 1 to 3— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This regulation may be cited as the Law Courts and State Buildings Protective Security Regulation 1984 .’. ˙ Insertion of new pt 4 and sch 4. After section 17— insert — ‘ PART 4—DECLARATION OF BUILDINGS AND PRECINCTS BOUNDARIES ˙ ‘ Buildings and precincts boundaries ‘ 18.(1) Each building mentioned in the schedule, column 1 is a building for the purposes of the Act. ‘ (2) For the purposes of the definition “precincts” in section 4 of the Act, the boundaries for each building mentioned in the schedule, column 1 are the boundaries of the parcel of land mentioned for the building in the schedule, column 2.
