I make the following order under section 4(1) of the Launceston Flood Risk Management Act 2015 .20 February 2023

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Launceston Flood Risk Management Order 2023. 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Launceston Flood Risk Management Act 2015 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Launceston Flood Risk Management Act 2015.
