LATITUDE ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2015

Application for approval of the Latitude Enterprise Agreement 2015.

[1] An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Latitude Enterprise Agreement 2015 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). It has been made by Latitude Australia Holdings Pty Ltd. The agreement is a single-enterprise agreement.

[2] An undertaking has been given in relation to clause 11 and 14.2(b) and is taken to be a term of the Agreement. A copy of the undertaking is attached to this Decision as Annexure A and can also be found at the end of the Agreement.

[3] Subject to the undertaking referred to above, I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[4] The Agreement was approved in Chambers on 12 September 2015 and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 19 September 2015. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 18 September 2019.
