LAPORTE INDUSTRIAL FACTORY AGREEMENT.

No. 35 of 1965.

AN ACT to amend the Laporte Industrial Factory

Agreement Act, 1961.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Laporte =IIIattlieo

Industrial Factory Agreement Act Amendment Act,

1965.

In this Act the Laporte Industrial Factory

Agreement Act, 1961, is referred to as the principal

Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Laporte Industrial Factory Agreement Act, 1961-1965.

Section two of the principal Act is amended by adding after the word, "Act" in line three of the interpretation, "the Agreement", the passage, ", and if that agreement is added to or varied, or any of its provisions are cancelled, pursuant to section six of this Act, means the agreement as so altered from time to time".

The parties to the Agreement may from time to time by mutual agreement in writing add to, vary or cancel all or any of the provisions of the Agreement for the purpose of more efficiently or satisfactorily implementing or facilitating any of the objectives of the Agreement or for altering the provisions of clause twelve thereof. .
