LANGLEY

v

TARELLI & ANOR

[2024] HCASL 107
S7/2024

  1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) Appellate Jurisdiction (Harper, Carter and Brasch JJ) dismissing an appeal from the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) (Berman J), which made parenting orders granting sole parental responsibility for the applicant's child to his father, the first respondent.

  2. The proposed appeal does not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave and it would not be in the interests of justice to grant such leave.

  3. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
