1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment

No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 114, DP 9653, 89A Centennial Avenue and Hallam Avenue, Lane Cove West, and Lot 9, DP 253441, being land east of 29A Fleming Street, Northwood.
