This Plan is Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 37).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land at St Leonards, being part of Lot 1, DP 127019.

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 2—

3      Use of certain land at St Leonards

This clause applies to land at St Leonards, being part of Lot 1, DP 127019 and identified as “Area 1” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

Development for the purposes of recreation areas is permitted without

consent.
