1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 33).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in Zone R2 Low Density Residential under Lane Cove

Local Environmental Plan 2009.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009

(1) Land Use Table

Omit “Multi dwelling housing;” from item 3 of Zone R2 Low Density Residential.

(2)	Clause 4.3 Height of buildings
Omit clause 4.3 (2A).
(3)	Clause 4.4 Floor space ratio
Omit clause 4.4 (2A). Insert instead:

(2A) Despite subclause (2), the maximum floor space ratio for a building containing shop top housing on land in Area 1 on the Floor Space Ratio Map
