1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 27).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Lane Cove North—

(a)

1 Girraween Avenue, being Lot 141, DP 222997,

(b)

552 Mowbray Road, being Lot 5, DP 10892,

(c)

10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 Pinaroo Place, being Lots 92, 91, 90, 89, 88 and 87, DP 36362, respectively.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
