1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 27).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land at Lane Cove North—
| (a) | 1 Girraween Avenue, being Lot 141, DP 222997, |
| (b) | 552 Mowbray Road, being Lot 5, DP 10892, |
| (c) | 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 Pinaroo Place, being Lots 92, 91, 90, 89, 88 and 87, DP 36362, respectively. |
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
