1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 17).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 321353, part of Lot 1, DP 91655 and part of Lot 322,

DP 1102537, being part of 266 Longueville Road, Lane Cove.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 2009

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Insert in appropriate order in Part 1 in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
