1     Name of plan

This plan is Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment

No 51).

2     Aim of plan

The aim of this plan is to rezone the land to which this plan applies to

Residential 2 (a2).

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land being Part Lot 112 in Deposited Plan 1002096 and known as 361A Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment No 51)” deposited in the office of Lane Cove Council.

4     Relationship to other environmental planning instruments

This plan amends Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987 in the manner set out in clause 5.

5 Amendment of Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987

Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987 is amended by inserting, in appropriate order, at the end of the definition of the map in clause 5 (1) the following words:
