1 Name of plan

This plan is Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment

No 47).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies to Zone No 2 (a1) (the Residential “A1” Zone) under Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part of Lot 1, DP 882131 and known as part of 38 Carlotta Street, Greenwich, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment No 47)” deposited in the office of Lane Cove Council.

4 Amendment of Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987

Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 (1) the following words:
