Application for approval of the Landscape Newcastle Pty Ltd NCIG CET Project Greenfileds Agreement 2009- 2010.

[1] Being satisfied that the requirements of ss.185, 186 and 187 of the Act are met, Fair Work Australia approves the Agreement. It has a nominal expiry date of 31 December 2010.

[2] In accordance with ss.202(4) and 205(2), the model terms are taken to be terms of the Agreement.
