AN ACT to amend the Lands Resumption Act,

1894.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. SECTION two of the Lands Resumption Act, 1894, is hereby

amended by inserting after the word " wells," in line 15 thereof, the Amendment of 58

words " or for pipe tracks," and by inserting between lines 15 and Viet.,	No. 33, sec. 2.
16 thereof the following :—

"(,91 .) For drainage works."

"W.) For cemeteries."
