Part 1 - Preliminary

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Lands Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2020.

2.           Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	Part 1 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2020.

Part 2 - Registration of Deeds Regulations 2004
