This regulation may be cited as the Lands Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 August 1995. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF ACQUISITION OF LAND REGULATION 1993 ˙ Regulation amended in pt 2 3. This part amends the Acquisition of Land Regulation 1993. ˙ Replacement of s 3 (Fees) 4. Section 3— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Fees—Act, ss 9 and 10 ‘ 3. The fee payable for an application under section 9 or 10 of the Actis— (a) if the application relates to 1 parcel of land—$102.50; or (b) if the application relates to more than 1 parcel of land—$102.50 plus $31.00 for each additional parcel of land.’.
