This regulation may be cited as the Lands Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1992 . Commencement 2. Section 4 is taken to have commenced on 31 December 1991. Amended regulation 3. The Lands Legislation Amendment Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. Amendment of s.36 (Minimum instalments) 4. Section 36(2)— omit ‘ 1991 ’ (wherever occurring) , insert ‘ 1992 ’.
