2 Lands Legislation Amendment Regulation 1992 PART 1—PRELIMINARY Short title 1. This Regulation may be cited as the Lands Legislation Amendment Regulation 1992 . Commencement 2. This Regulation commences on 1 May 1992. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF LAND REGISTER REGULATION 1989 Amended Regulation 3. The Foreign Ownership of Land Register Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this Part. Replacement of s. 1 (Short title) 4. Section 1— omit, insert— ‘Short title ‘1. This Regulation may be cited as the Foreign Ownership of Land Register Regulation 1989. ’. Omission of ss. 8 and 9 5. Sections 8 and 9— omit.
