REGULATIONS UNDER THE LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1906-1916.

advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation

Lands Acquisition Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1927, No. 162.)
Regulation 8 of the Lands Acquisition Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by omitting from paragraph (g ) the word “and”; and(
b )by inserting after paragraph (g ) the following paragraph—
“ (ga ) The value of the land; and”.
