Landlord and Tenant Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Landlord  and Tenant Act 1949.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 1 October 1993.

Insertion

2.  After regulation 4 of the Landlord and Tenant Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed purpose in relation to interest

“5.  For the purposes of paragraph 62AL (1) (b) of the Act, the provision of information and advisory services to tenants is a prescribed purpose.”.
