LANDLORD AND TENANT (AMENDMENT)

An Act to extend the period during which the provisions of Parts II and III of the Land- lord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1932-

1943, shall have effect; for 1his purpose to

amend the Landlord and Tenant (Amend- ment) Act, 1932-1943; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 7th January, 1946.]

Act, 1932-1945.

1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the "Landlord and

Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1945."

(2) The Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act,

1932, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act,
may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment)

2 . The Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1932- 1943, is amended by omitting from section twenty-eight the word "forty-five" and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "forty-seven."
