LANDLORD AND TENANT (AMENDMENT)
ACT.
Act No. 31, 1943.
An Act to extend the period during which the pro- visions of Parts II and I I I of the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1932-1941, shall have effect; for this purpose to amend the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1932-1941; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 3rd November, 1943.]

| 1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the "Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1943." |

(2) The Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act,
1932, as amended by subsequent Acts including this Act,
may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment)
Act, 1932-1943.

1941, is amended by omitting from section twenty-eight
