LANDLORD AND TENANT

(AMENDMENT) ACT.

Act No. 24, 1938.

An Act to extend the period during which the provisions of Parts I I and I I I of the Land­ lord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1932- 1935, as amended by the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1936, shall have effect; for this purpose to amend the Land­ lord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1932- 1935, as so amended; and for purposes connected therewith. 1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the "Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1938."

(2) The Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1932-1935, as amended by the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1936, and by this Act, may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1932-1938.

2. The Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1932- 1935, as amended by the Landlord and Tenant (Amend­ ment) Act, 1936, is amended by omitting from section twenty-eight the word "thir ty-eight" and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "thir ty-nine." F A R M E R S '
