210 .PART IV.- OliLL! 1:.o us . LANDLORD AND TENANT. Landlord and Tenant Act Amendment Act. 12' GEO. VI. No. 46, ( c) Take effect from the date of such publication, or in the case of any such regulation, if a later date is specified in the regulations from that later date ; and ( d) Be laid before Parliament within fourteen sitting days after such publication if Parlia­ ment is in session, and if not, then within fourteen sitting days after the commence­ ment of the next session. ( 2. ) If Parliament passes a resolution of which notice has been given at any time within fourteen sitting days after any such Order in Council or regulation has been laid before Parliament disallowing such Order in Council or regulation or part thereof, that Order in Council or regulation or part shall thereupon cease to have effect, but without prejudice to the validity of anything done in the meantime.
