AN ACT to vest Coolgardie Town Lot 1080 in

the Municipality of Coolgardie.

[ Assented to 20th November, 1909.]

HEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-sixth

Wsix, the land described in the schedule hereto was set apart as a day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety- public reserve for the purposes of a recreation ground for the town of Coolgardie: And whereas on the sixth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, by a grant under the Land Regulations of Western Australia, the said land was granted to Reginald Bradford Pell, .101m Boileau. Harold Harry McCor- mick, Albert Watt MeDonald, and .John Howard Taylor, for an estate in fee simple upon trust solely for the purposes of public recreation for the said town of Coolgardie: And whereas on the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and four, William Trezise Eddy, Joseph Monaghan, and James Christopher McKay (hereinafter referred to as the said trustees) were duly appointed trustees of the said land in place of the trustees named in the recited grant: And whereas it is desirable that the said land should he transferred to and vested in the Municipality of Cool- gardie to secure the use thereof for the purpose for winch the reserve was made:

Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty. by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

SCHEDULE.

All that piece or parcel of land situate and being in the town of Coolgardie. in the State of Western Australia. containing twelve acres more or less and marked and distinguished in the maps and books . of the Survey Office of the said State as Coolgardie Town Lot 1080, bounded on the East by twelve chains of Jobson Street, on the South by ten chains of Lindsay Street, on the West by- twelve chains of Lyon Street, and on the North by ten chains of Forrest Street.
