AN ACT to vest certain Land at Coolgardie in the Municipality of Coolgardie for a Mining Exhibition and other purposes.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
| THE Uovernor may grant to the Council of the Municipality of Coolgardie and their successors (hereinafter referred to as " the | Power to grant land. |
| Council") the land described in the Schedule hereto, in fee simple, for a Mining Exhibition and a School of Mines, Technological Institute and Geological Museum, and for other municipal purposes. |

mortgagee of the power of sale, the purchaser shall hold the said land freed from the purposes for which it shall have been granted as atoresaia. Provided also that no security given under the provisions of this Act shall involve the Mayor or Councillors in personal liability.
