Land Valuers Licensing Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2011

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Land Valuers Licensing Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2011.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2011.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Land Valuers Licensing
Regulations 1979.

4.             Regulation 2 amended

In regulation 2 in the definition of Commissioner delete
“Consumer Affairs Act 1971;” and insert:

Fair Trading Act 2010;

5.             Regulation 3 deleted

Delete regulation 3.

6.             Regulation 5 amended

In regulation 5(2) delete “prior to the hearing of his application
lodge with the Registrar” and insert:

lodge with the Commissioner

7.             Regulation 5A amended

In regulation 5A:

(a) delete “Board” and insert:

Commissioner

(b) delete “it” and insert:

the Commissioner

8.             Regulation 6 amended

In regulation 6 delete “Registrar” and insert:

Commissioner

9.             Regulation 7 amended

In regulation 7 delete “Registrar” and insert:

Commissioner

10.           Regulation 9 amended

(1)	In regulation 9(1)(c) delete “by the Board to be paid to the Registrar” and insert:
to be paid to the Commissioner
(2)	In regulation 9(1) delete “Registrar in” and insert:
Commissioner in
(3)	In regulation 9(2) delete “Board makes an order for costs in favour of a person other than the Registrar” and insert:

court or tribunal makes an order for costs in favour of a
person other than the Commissioner

11.           Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 delete “Registrar” and insert:

Commissioner

12.           Schedule 3 amended

(1)	In Schedule 3 Form 1 delete “Department of Consumer and
Employment Protection” (each occurrence) and insert:
Department of Commerce — Consumer Protection
