Land Valuers Licensing Amendment

Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

15 May 2015 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1719

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Land Valuers Licensing Regulations 1979.
4.	Regulation 8 amended In regulation 8(1):

(a) in paragraph (e) delete "Technology." and insert:

Technology; and

(b) after paragraph (e) insert:

(1) the degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Property

Development and Valuation) awarded by the

Curtin University of Technology; and

(g) the degree of Master of Property awarded by

the Curtin University of Technology.
