LAND VALUERS LICENSING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Land Valuers Licensing Amendment

Regulations 1990.

Schedule amended

2. The Schedule to the Land Valuers Licensing Regulations 1979* is amended—

(a) in item 4 by deleting "to inspect register" and substituting the

following—

for certificate as to contents of register "; and

(b) in item 5 by deleting "for certificate as to contents of register" and

substituting the following—

to inspect register ".
