l, 'l'he definition of " ratepaqer in sectiou 13 of the Land Definition of,

Value Assessment Act of l893 is hereby repealed. "ratepayer" repealed.

2, Section l l of the said Act shall be reiad ard cor~strued as if Amendment of

the words " and at which at least one-half in uunltrer of ratepayers	'l.
shall have voted " in the fourlh and fifth lirles had been omitted, and the following words inscrtcd in lieu thereof-" and a t which at least me-fourth in number of thc ratepaycm on thc i 011 shall have voted affirming such proposition."
