and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parlia-

ment assembled, as follows:

Section 41 of the said Act shall be read and construed as if Section 41 (polling-

it had been included in Part 111. of that Act instead of in Part II., places)

and no election of any district councillor or auditor which may have

been held prior to the passing of this Act shall be held to be invalid

because of the inclusion of the said section iu Part 11. as aforesaid.
