AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Land Valuation Ordinance 1936.

1 y E it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the f

Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Govern-

ment (Administration) Act 1910-1933, as follows:-—
1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Land Valuation
Ordinance (No. 2) 1936.
(2.) The Land Valuation Ordinance 1936, as amended by this
Ordinance, may be cited as the Land Valuation Ordinances 1936.
2. Section seven of the Lands Valuation Ordinance 1936 LsAppeiUby
amended by insert ing in sub-section (10.) after the word

" Minister ", the words " by counsel or solicitor or ".
