Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Govern-
| ment (Administration) | Act 1910-1933, as follows:-— |
| 1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Land | Valuation |
| Ordinance | (No. 2) 1936. |
(2.) The Land Valuation Ordinance 1936, as amended by this
| Ordinance, may be cited as the Land Valuation | Ordinances | 1936. |
| 2. Section seven of the Lands | Valuation | Ordinance | 1936 LsAppeiUby |
| amended | by | insert ing | in | sub-section | (10.) | after | the | word |
" Minister ", the words " by counsel or solicitor or ".
