An Act to amend the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment (Supporting Development) Act 2024. 2CommencementThis Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. 3Principal ActIn this Act, the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. 5The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. 6Repeal of ActThis Act is repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which it commenced.
