Land Title and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Title and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Commencement (1) The following provisions commence on 1 November 2012— (a) part 2; (b) section 5; (c) section 6(1) to (3); (d) section 7; (e) section 8(1) to (4); (f) section 9; (g) section 10(1) to (3). (2) The remaining provisions commence on 1 December 2012.
