s1 2 s4 Land Title Amendment (No. 1) No. 461, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Land Title Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. Section 4(3) commences on the day Part 7A of the Act 1 commences. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Land Title Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 2 (Fees) 4.(1) Schedule 2, item 1(a) to (c), (g) and (j)— omit, insert— ‘(a) creating an indefeasible title or a separate indefeasible title on request (other than a deed of grant)— for each indefeasible title created . . . . . . . . . . . . 40.00 (b) lodging an instrument that changes ownership of a lot or an interest in a lot— for 1 lot . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 87.00 for each additional lot . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 20.00’. s5 3 s5 Land Title Amendment (No. 1) No. 461, 1994 renumber as item 1(g) to (i). (5) Schedule 2, item 7, ‘lodged’— omit, insert— ‘deposited’. ˙ Repeal 5. The Land Title Transitional Regulation 1994 is repealed as follows— (a) sections 2A and 4—on the date of assent of the Land Act 1994 ; (b) the remaining provisions—on the day section 526 of the Land Act 1994 2 commences.
