LAND TAX MANAGEMENT ACT 1956—ORDER

G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 63B of the Land Tax Management Act 1956, do, by this my Order, apply the whole of that Act to the Electricity Transmission Authority (Transgrid) with effect from 31 December 1997.
