Land Tax Management (Discount) Order 1999

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Land Tax Management (Discount) Order 1999.

2 Commencement

This Order commences on 31 January 2000.

3      Rate of discount on land tax

For the purposes of section 40 of the Land Tax Management Act 1956, the rate of discount for payment of land tax within 30 days after service of the notice of assessment of the land tax is determined to be 1.5%.
