Land Tax Assessment Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

3.	The regulations amended The amendments in these regulations are to the Land Tax
Assessment Regulations 2003.

These regulations are the Land Tax Assessment Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2007.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

4.            Regulation 12 amended

Regulation 12(2) is amended after paragraph (1) by deleting the full stop and inserting -

(m) the Chemistry Centre (WA) established by the

Chemistry Centre (WA) Act 2007 section 4.
